We carefully pack every Nature’s Love order before dispatch.
Orders are normally processed within [1–2 working days].
Estimated delivery time is [3–5 working days], depending on the customer’s location and courier service.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide the correct:
- Name
- Phone number
- Complete address
- City
Nature’s Love will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Returns
Because we sell skincare, haircare, lip care, body care, and wellness products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been:
- Opened
- Used
- Tested
- Unsealed
- Damaged after delivery
A return request may be accepted if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product was leaking or defective at the time of delivery.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide your order details along with clear pictures or a video of the product.
The product must remain in its original packaging for a return or replacement request to be considered.
